Shipping and Delivery
The shipping charges will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart after you select the shipping country in the check out page. Once your payment is confirmed and we have the items of your order in stock, the goods that you ordered will be dispatched quickly. An email will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched. You orders will be sent via international express mail service.
If your order is being shipped outside Hong Kong SAR, the prices will automatically be calculated without taxes and customs duties. Your purchase may or may not have these charges, depending on the policies of the designated country and/or the organization(s) that handle(s) the package. If any of the said charges apply, you may need to pay for them to the respective collection authority in advance of receiving your purchase upon delivery of your order. You should check with any related authority of your country (or the designated country of the order) for any charges required to receive the goods you order from More Hugs by Ken Lo. More Hugs by Ken Lo is not responsible for any of these charges, and would not refund on item(s) returned to us due to unaccepted / undelivered and/or any other reasons unless otherwise agreed with More Hugs by Ken Lo in advance.

You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. More Hugs by Ken Lo will endeavor to meet the estimates, however, we cannot guarantee that such estimates must be met due to many unexpected factors, for example, bad weather and customs clearance. In addition, More Hugs by Ken Lo will not be responsible for any lost or delayed packages caused by the mistakes of the shipping carrier. In the case of packages lost of delayed in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately, we will attempt to track the package or / and make a claim for you. If your claim is successful, we will then issue a new product to you in a timely manner.

Exchange of Damaged
Goods Any damage or bad conditions of must be made in through email, including a proof of condition (eg. a photo) to More Hugs by Ken Lo within 7 working days of the receipt of goods. We will offer you an exchange of goods after investigation. 1You can exchange your product for up to 7 days from the receipt date 2Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging 3Discounted items are non-exchangeable 4Please note that we will not be able to provide any cash refund for products unwanted 5Please note that the buyers have to bear any shipping fees charged for exchanging the product.
Indemnity and Waiver
At our request, you agree to compensate us fully and hold us, More Hugs by Ken Lo (including every and each unit involved in the operation, production and execution of the company), harmless from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the Terms and Conditions by you. This includes the use of the website by any other persons using your account caused by your action or inaction.
If you breach the Terms and Conditions and we take no action against you, it is no wavier for us to exercise our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.
